TIBSA respects your right to privacy. The information you provide to TISBA is used by us with the intent of servicing you better.  We collect personal information only when necessary to in order to provide our members the services to which they are entitled.  Any personal information voluntarily provided by our members, including personal information from online forms and e-mail, may be shared with TISBA's Executive Board and TISBA's committees in order to respond to or process e-mail or online forms.  Information and e-mail sent to us is generally subject to Federal and State, Privacy and Records laws.

Members' names, cattery names (if applicable) and contact information may be shared with other members, and may be displayed on TISBA's Web site.  If you do not wish your name or cattery name (if applicable) or contact information shared with other members or on TISBA's Web site, you may opt out by writing to TISBA_Board.

We may occasionally notify you of new developments at TISBA, including availability of new programs, services, procedures, calendars, timetables, elections, meetings, and special events.  If you do not want to receive any unsolicited announcements from TISBA we ask that you indicate this preference by contacting TISBA at  TISBA_Board.

We may disclose personal information when required in order to meet legal or ethical requirements.
